Ubuntu Accounting provides specialized accounting support tools, including dashboards, resources, and AI assistants. The Services are designed to support learning workflows only.

Notice: AI assistance is probabilistic and probabilistic. All outputs must be verified against official academic records.

02 // Acceptable Usage

The following activities will trigger immediate account suspension:

  • Reverse Engineering
  • Bulk Scraping
  • Auth Bypass
  • Malicious Input

03 // AI Output Disclaimer

Our LLM integrations (Caibre and North) generate responses based on statistical patterns. Ubuntu Accounting is not liable for errors in AI-generated calculations or concept summaries.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes unresolved through negotiation will be submitted to the courts in Johannesburg.
